About
The Studio
Five Points Digital Studio was founded on 5 May 2021 in Decatur, Georgia, on a single conviction: the highest-value thing a studio can build is an asset the owner keeps. Not campaigns that expire, not retainers that renew – infrastructure that compounds.
The studio works with a small roster of founder-operators and rebuilds the way a single working life runs as owned infrastructure. Every engagement is a commission: scoped, priced and named before work begins, transferred whole when it ends. The roster stays small because bespoke means bespoke – a system calibrated to one mind cannot be produced on a line.
The studio runs on the infrastructure it sells. The operating system behind Five Points – its research, its production, its administration – was the first commission, built the same way and held to the same standard. What is offered to principals is not a theory; it is the studio’s own working life.
The Partner
Martavious Spicer is a partner of the studio and its creative director. He read History at the University of Georgia and left before the degree to build his first venture – the trade of one credential for a body of work that now spans a digital studio, a media company and a portfolio of systems built around single working lives. He works as an architect: the structure is drawn by hand, and the machine carries the repeatable work – the same discipline the studio commissions for its principals.
He works from Decatur, Georgia – sharpest after dark, in the hours the systems he builds hand back.
Operating Principles
01
One filter governs every decision – does this compound or does it consume.
02
Assets, never deliverables – every engagement produces infrastructure the owner keeps.
03
Every offer is a commission, scoped, priced and named before work begins.
04
Bespoke means bespoke – no template dressed as a commission.
05
Quality over speed, always.
The studio keeps a small roster and a long view.
